IMPORTANT FORMS/LINKS/PAYMENTS – Due October 1, 2017
– Every STUDENT must fill out the following Google Form to be included on the roster EVEN IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON TEAMSNAP: [https://goo.gl/forms/QrAsIBWnOIogjQNn2]
– The Boosters are requesting a $130 donation (per student) to help cover costs of meals, scholarships, facility costs, etc…due 10/1 (link at the end of registration)
– IF your student plans to attend BoB (9/23) or IROC (10/21), please submit permission slips and pay $10/day for the bus.
– Once payment is received and google form is complete, you will receive a Teamsnap invite. AT LEAST ONE PARENT MUST BE LISTED IN TEAMSNAP
